Jamaica - Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) cloud-based SaaS solution

Description

Aerotel has been using the Dynamics Great Plains (GP) accounting software to support its financial systems. The application is currently deployed and shared on the servers of the Jamaica Civil Aviation Authority (JCAA).

Aerotel’s users access the system remotely by way of client computers configured by the host as part of their GP network. JCAA resources undertake all technical management of the system resources except for local hardware and environment related issues that directly affect user access.

They are seeking the supply of hosted financial accounting system with cloud-based software as a service (SaaS) by a certified Microsoft partner (2-year renewable annually).

The Microsoft GP Dynamics ERP cloud-based SaaS solution will substitute 100% of the current service.

The current Microsoft GP Dynamics service has the Paramount WorkPlace requisition/purchase order (PO) system.

The future Microsoft GP Dynamics ERP cloud-based SaaS solution must maintain current integration of/with Paramount WorkPlace requisition/purchase order (PO) system.

The proposed Microsoft GP Dynamics ERP cloud-based SaaS solution will, in the future, require integration with:

• budgeting software
• collection management software
• eventual set-up of Business Central as the replacement for Dynamics GP
