Specialist planning of technical equipment, rehabilitation centers of the Deutsche Rentenversicherung BundLot 1: Utersum; Lot 2: Bad Homburg; Lot 3: Borkum; Lot 4: Bad-Aibling; Lot 5: Bad Dürrheim
Lot 1:It is intended to further develop and modernize the Utersum Rehabilitation Center (Reha-Zentrum) in a sustainable and future-oriented manner.The clinic is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach on the west coast of the island of Föhr in the middle of the Wadden Sea National Park and World Natural Heritage Site. Four staff residences, parking areas, garages, workshop buildings, a helipad, a tennis court and spacious outdoor facilities connected by paths are grouped around the north side of the clinic.The main and auxiliary buildings of the rehabilitation clinic were built in approximately 1931 and an extension was added in 1960. In 1992, a new building was added. In addition, various outbuildings were constructed from 1965 to 1970. Extensive modernization of the clinic was carried out in the period from 1990 to 1992 and fire protection upgrading in the years 2003 to 2008. The clinic has 190 beds. The main building and service buildings are listed buildings and staff housing was built. PWH 1 and 2 were built between 1960 and 1970, PWH 3 between 1985 and 1990 and PWH 4 between 1990 and 1995. These staff residences consist of a single-family house close to the beach and three multi-storey buildings to the northeast of it.The project comprises- The modernization of essential parts of the building stock of the Utersum Clinic.- The conversion to plant technology with renewable energies.- The creation of an integrated patient center with 20 additional patient rooms. The modernization including energetic refurbishment of the staff residences.Essential project goals are:- The implementation of the goals of the climate protection law.- A BNB certification with at least silver standard.- The implementation of a uniform, sustainable design in the rehabilitation centers of the DRV Bund ("REHA-2030") that promotes the healing process.Detailed information can be found in the contract annex "Project description/project goals".The subject of the contract to be awarded is the specialist planning of technical equipment according to § 53 HOAI (plant groups 1 to 8). The contract will be awarded in stages. Contractual services are the basic services of the service phases (LP) 1 and 2 as well as special services. As part of the preliminary planning, various variants for the implementation of individual measures are to be considered in accordance with the project description.Optionally, the contractor can be commissioned with further services, see Section II.2.11).The further details result from the award documents. Lot 2:It is intended to further develop the Bad Homburg Rehab Center (Wingertsberg Clinic) in a sustainable and future-oriented manner. To this end, the building stock is to be modernized in sections and the media connection of the staff residences (PWH) is to be separated from the rehab center.The Wingertsberg Clinic is located above the spa gardens of Bad Homburg. The clinic complex consists of several buildings (BT); the central main building (BT 5/6), the east ward block (BT 1/2), the west ward block (BT 3/4), the attached gymnasium (BT 7) and a parking deck (BT 8). The rehabilitation center also includes 4 PWHs, which are currently supplied with all media via the clinic.The rehabilitation center was commissioned in 1972, rebuilt and largely renovated between 1992 and 1996. Further repair work was carried out from 2007 to 2009, including measures to improve fire protection and accessibility. In 2019, the roofing of the west ward block was renewed. The hospital has 219 beds.Four staff residences (PWH) were commissioned in 1972 and renovated in 1989/90. There are a total of 116 flats/apartments in the PWHs, divided into PWH 1 with 32 apartments, PWH 2 with 70 apartments, PWH 3 with 13 apartments. PWH 4 was planned as a chief physician's house, is leased and is used as a kindergarten.The project comprises- The modernization of essential parts of the building stock of the Wingertsberg Clinic.- The conversion to plant technology with renewable energies.- The modernization including energy refurbishment of the PWHs.- The separation of the media supply of the PWHs from the rehabilitation center.Essential project goals are:- The implementation of the goals of the climate protection law.- The implementation of the goals of the climate protection law. The implementation of a uniform, sustainable design that promotes the healing process in the rehabilitation centers of the DRV Bund ("REHA-2030").Detailed information can be found in the contract annex "Project description/project objectives".The subject of the contract to be awarded is the technical planning of technical equipment in accordance with § 53 HOAI (plant groups 1 to 8). The contract will be awarded in stages. Lot 3:It is intended to modernize and further develop the Borkum Riff Rehab Center in a sustainable and future-oriented manner.The property is located in the western part of the island of Borkum. The surrounding area is characterized by retail and apartments as well as vacation homes. The rehab center is located in the middle of the Wadden Sea National Park and World Heritage Site.The rehab center was built in 1983-1985. In 2005 and 2018 the last renovation works took place. The clinic has 190 beds.The project includes:- The modernization and energy refurbishment of the Borkum Riff rehabilitation clinic in connection with the investigation of an increase in bed capacity.Key project objectives are:- The implementation of the objectives of the Climate Protection Act.- A BNB certification with at least silver standard.- The implementation of a uniform sustainable and sustainable energy management system. The implementation of a uniform, sustainable design that promotes the healing process in the DRV Bund rehabilitation centers ("REHA-2030").Detailed information can be found in the contract annex "Project description/project objectives".The subject of the contract to be awarded is the specialist planning of technical equipment in accordance with § 53 HOAI (plant groups 1 to 8). Lot 4:It is intended to further develop the Bad Aibling rehabilitation center (Wendelstein Clinic, rheumatism clinic, staff residences) in a sustainable and future-oriented manner.The Wendelstein Clinic is located on the eastern outskirts of Bad Aibling and was built in 1964. Since opening, the clinic has been modernized and renovated several times. The last major modernization took place between 1998 and 2002 and mainly comprised construction measures relating to fire protection and building services. The Wendelstein Clinic has 253 beds. The rheumatism clinic is located about 700 m southwest of the Wendelstein Clinic and can be reached on foot via a country lane. The rheumatism clinic was built in 1969, supplemented in 1986-1992 by another ward block and the existing buildings were partly rebuilt and modernized. In 1988, the main building, including the kitchen and dining room, and in 2000, the bath department were extensively renovated. In 2010, the originally constructed ward block was raised, and renovations were carried out between 2010 and 2020. The rheumatology clinic has 145 beds.The staff housing (PWH), consisting of an apartment building, a row house behind it to the west, and two residential bungalows have a total of 35 residential units. The PWHs were completed around 1969 and have since been partially renovated and modernized to varying degrees of quality. Currently, the staff residences are supplied with media technology from the TA centers of the rheumatism clinic.The project comprises:- The modernization of the Bad Aibling rehabilitation center under consideration of various development models.- The modernization including the energetic refurbishment of the staff housing stock.- The separation of the media supply of the PWHs from the rheumatism clinic.Major project objectives are:- The implementation of the objectives of the climate protection law.- The implementation of the objectives of the climate protection law. The implementation of a uniform, sustainable design that promotes the healing process in the rehabilitation centers of the DRV Bund ("REHA-2030").Detailed information can be found in the contract annex "Project Description/Project Objectives".The subject of the contract to be awarded is the technical planning of technical equipment in accordance with § 53 HOAI (plant groups 1 to 8). Lot 5:It is intended to further develop the Bad Dürrheim Rehab Center, Hüttenbühl Clinic in a sustainable and future-oriented manner. To this end, the existing buildings are to be modernized and a new building (ward block) erected.Klinik Hüttenbühl is located on the outskirts of Bad Dürrheim. The rehabilitation center consists of a functional building (main building), consisting of the building sections A to F, to which three two-storey ward blocks, referred to as pavilions, are connected in a satellite-like manner via connecting corridors (built 1969-1973), as well as a fourth pavilion/bed block built in 1986. The clinic has 171 beds.In the period 1998-2002, basic repair and replacement measures were carried out in the main building and pavilions 1-3, most recently from around 2002 structural engineering and building services measures, such as in particular the refurbishment of pavilions 1-3, fire protection refurbishment of the clinic, addition of cafeteria.Between 2009-2012, the flat roofs of all parts of the building were refurbished and in 2021 drinking water pipelines were replaced on a smaller scale in the main building.The project includes:- The refurbishment/modernization of significant parts of the building stock of the Hüttenbühl Clinic.- The extension of the dining hall and the dining room. Extension of the dining room and the sauna.- Partial functional redesigns of the existing building stock.- New construction of Pavilion 5 with 48 additional rooms as well as- Conversion to plant technology with renewable energies (including adaptation of related plant components).Key project objectives are:- The implementation of the objectives of the Climate Protection Act.- A BNB certification with at least silver standard.- The implementation of a uniform, sustainable and modernized building concept. The implementation of a uniform, sustainable design that promotes the healing process in the DRV Bund rehabilitation centers ("REHA-2030").Detailed information can be found in the contract annex "Project description/project objectives".The subject of the contract to be awarded is the specialist planning of technical equipment in accordance with § 53 HOAI (plant groups 1 to 8).
