The subject of the Agreement is to update the project documentation prepared by the company "KOSZT-BUD Zakład Usług Projektowo-Kosztorysowych Dariusz Majer", 44-196 Knurów, 10/3 Dworcowa Street, as part of the investment task entitled: "Modernization of the "Nowe Miasto" Sports Stadium in Wałbrzych, 1 Chopin Street - stage I - creation of a safe place for inhabitants and sports clubs" (Dz. No. 34, 291, 292/1, 298, 299, 300/2, 300/3, 300/4, 300/5, 301/3, 301/4, 309, 320 district 21 Nowe Miasto) and obtaining a replacement decision on the building permit, adapting all technical solutions to the applicable regulations and performing author's supervision, taking into account the possible need for the Contractor to obtain the necessary arrangements (e.g. health and safety, fire safety), decisions (e.g. Conservator of Monuments, to remove trees and bushes), maps, surveys, inventories and others, necessary to properly perform the subject of the Agreement.

No. 34, 291, 292/1, 298, 299, 300/2, 300/3, 300/4, 300/5, 301/3, 301/4, 309, 320, 21 District of Nowe Miasto) and obtaining a replacement decision on the building permit, adapting all technical solutions to the applicable regulations and performing author's supervision, taking into account the possible need for the Contractor to obtain the necessary arrangements (e.g. "The modernization of the "New City" Sports Stadium in Wałbrzych at Chopin Street 1 - Stage I - creating a safe place for inhabitants and sports clubs" (Dz. The Contractor shall be obliged to obtain the necessary agreements (e.g. Health and Safety at Work, fire safety), decisions (e.g. by the Monument Conservator for the removal of trees and shrubs), maps, surveys, inventories and others, necessary for the proper performance of the subject of the Agreement.2The study should include the update to the standard of the currently applied technical solutions of the infrastructure elements of the sports complex and their adjustment to the spatial layout in the scope of, among others:1. reconstruction of the athletics stadium with sports equipment and auditorium in the form of portable steel stands with the possibility of their expansion,2. reconstruction of the training pitch (among others, adjustment of the sports surface, dehydration),3. construction of a skatepark in the area intended for a tennis court and a multifunctional pitch,4. reconstruction of footpaths and driving lines and parking facilities,5. reconstruction of technical infrastructure (including irrigation of the main pitch turf, drainage of the pitch slab, rainwater drainage - including rainwater management, sanitary sewerage, water supply connection, electrical installations)6. construction of sports and sanitary facilities (using renewable energy sources),7. land development: (e.g. fencing the area, lighting of the entire stadium complex, sound system and monitoring, greenery, small architecture),8. sports equipment,8. and also enable the Orderer to stage the works at the moment of realization of the investment task in question3. The detailed scope of work includes the preparation of a complete design and cost documentation based on the current regulations and guidelines of the Contracting Authority on the basis of the documentation currently in possession. The subject matter of the contract was divided into five stages: Stage I includes the execution of: a) design concept for the reconstruction of the sports complex at Chopin Street in Wałbrzych (with visualizations) - 2 copies, Stage II includes: a) multi-discipline building design (PZT, PAB and PT) (with necessary arrangements in accordance with paragraph 4) - 6 copies,b) preparation and submission of an application for a replacement construction permit to the architectural and construction administration body, together with the necessary attachments - 2 ex. Stage III includes: a) obtaining a replacement construction permit decision Stage IV includes the execution of: a) executive designs for all necessary branches - 3 ex,b) investor's cost estimates - 2 ex., c) works' subdivision - 3 ex., d) collective cost statement - 2 ex., e) technical specifications for execution and acceptance of construction works - 3 ex. Stage V includes author's supervision over the execution of the investment task performed on the basis of the design documentation being the subject of this Agreement.5.
