SUMMARY OF THE OPPORTUNITYThe Ministry of Forests, Lands, Natural Resource Operations and Rural Development, Southern Engineering Group is establishing a Select List of pre-qualified contractors specializing in the service categories as described below.The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is to qualify Consultants experienced in the following Service Categories but not limited to:  Professional of Record (POR) - General arrangement designs for bridges, major culverts and other structures. Professional of Record (POR) – Field reviews, construction reports, certification and record drawings. Structural Engineering – Bridge load rating evaluations to the Canadian Highway Bridge Design Code CSA S6:19, Section 14 evaluations. Professional of Record (POR) - General arrangement designs for complex bridges, complex major culverts and other complex structures. Hydrotechnical Engineering – hydraulics, hydrology, hydrotechnical design and river engineering.
