Description

General Requirements:
Work under this Contract covers, but is not limited to the following:
All labour, all products (i.e.: materials, machinery, equipment and appliances), all construction materials and all services that may be necessary for the execution of the work in accordance with the contractual documents to haul and dispose of dredge spoil materiel form the containment cell at the public wharf in Le Goulet, Gloucester Co., NB.
In general, the work covered by this contract includes, but is not limited to:
.1 Leveling of the north section as indicated on the plans;
.2 Excavate the existing dredging material in the confinement cell;
.3 Haulage of the excavated material to the disposal site;
.4 Restore the site and access to the site
.5 Clean the site access path and road.
Only items in the Unit Price Table will be measured for payment. All other work necessary to complete the Contract will be considered incidental to the project and will not be measured separately for payment.
