Canada - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and telemedicine

Description

Through this public call for tenders, the Authority wishes to retain a service provider for employee assistance program (EAP) services and telemedicine services, according to the specifications described in section 4 of the call for tenders.

This public call for tenders covers 2 components:

Component 1: Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Component 2: Telemedicine services

The service provider submits a TENDER that includes a demonstration of quality based on the tender criteria described in sections 4 and 5 of the tender document, and a price offer for each of the components for which it submits a TENDER.

At the end of this call for tenders, 2 contracts will be awarded.

The SERVICE PROVIDER is at liberty to determine which component(s) it wishes to submit a TENDER for.

The SERVICE PROVIDER or PROVIDERS selected will be those who have proposed the best BID on a quality/price basis, taking into account the price adjusted according to the needs and requirements expressed in this public invitation to tender for each of the components.

The Authority will select a single service provider for each component, for the entire duration of the contract.
