Germany - Elevator systems (VE 076), CVK, DHZC

Description

Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Augustenburger Platz 1, 13353 Berlin, intends to construct a pioneering new building for the German Heart Center of Charité (DHZC) in the south-western area of the Campus Virchow-Klinikum (CVK). The planned new building will house the Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) and the Central Emergency Department (ZNA). A helipad will be built on the roof of the building.

The following trades are the subject of the tender:
Construction and operation of the construction elevators for site logistics.
Construction of the elevator systems for transporting patients, beds and goods within the building. Including the provision of the necessary structural components for the later elevator shafts.
As an option, further services will be tendered for the subsequent operation of the conveyor systems. For more details, see the service description.

The work will be carried out without interrupting hospital operations at the Campus Virchow-Klinikum (CVK).
