NYCHA, by issuing this RFP, seeks proposals (“Proposals”) from elevator systems inspection consulting firms (the “Proposers”) to provide NYCHA with elevator compliance assurance services, as detailed more fully within Section II of this RFP (collectively, the “Services”).The release date of this RFP is August 30, 2024 (the “Release Date”).A non-mandatory Proposers’ conference (“Proposers’ Conference”) will be hosted online via Microsoft Teams on September 9, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. Although attendance is not mandatory at the Proposers’ Conference, it is strongly recommended that all interested Proposers attend, and that Proposers thoroughly review bid documents in advance of the meeting.
