The HSE Procurement Surgical Framework Agreements have expired. It is intended to replace them with Dynamic Purchasing Systems. HBS Procurement are moving from Surgical Frameworks in the Surgical, Decontamination and Laboratory Portfolio to Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPS) in the next few months.
