The scope of the order includes modernization of the following electrostatic precipitators: Block 3, type: HE42-750/3x4,3x9,6/300Centric line HE27-750/3x4,3x9,6/300 with guaranteed concentration of dry exhaust gas dust under normal conditions (at 6 % O2) for maximum exhaust flow - 100 mg/Nm3,Block 4, type:HKE32-750/1500 (2.44+2.44+2.44+2x5.22x13.6) 395HKE21-500/1000 (2.44+2.44+2x5.22x13.6) centre draught of guaranteed concentration of dry exhaust dust under normal conditions (at 6 % O2) for maximum exhaust flow - 50 mg/Nm3.Block 5, type:HKE32-1500 (3x5.22x13.6) 395HKE21-1000 (3x5.22x13.6) centre draught 395o guaranteed concentration of dry exhaust gas dust in normal conditions (at 6 % O2) for maximum exhaust flow - 50 mg/Nm3.Block 6, type:Extreme drafts HKE32-1500 (3x5,22x13,6) 395,Middle draught HKE21-1000 (3x5,22x13,6) 396o guaranteed concentration of dry exhaust gas dust in normal conditions (at 6 % O2) for maximum exhaust flows - 50 mg/Nm3,Block 7, type:HKE32-750/1500 (2.44+2.44+2.44+2x5.22x13.6) 395HKE21-500/1000 (2.44+2.44+2x5.22x13.6) centre draught of guaranteed concentration of dry exhaust dust under normal conditions (at 6 % O2) for maximum exhaust flow - 50 mg/Nm3, Block 8, type:HE42-750/3x4,3x9,6/300Centric draught HKE21-500/1000 (2,44+2,44+2+2x5,22x13,6) 395O guaranteed concentration of dry exhaust gas dust under normal conditions (at 6 % O2) for maximum exhaust flows - 80 mg/Nm3 (extreme drafts) and 50 mg/Nm3 (center draught), where modernization works on block no. 3 electrostatic filter and block no. 4 electrostatic filter are optional range.The scope of the task includes the design, modernization, commissioning and commissioning (in a turnkey formula) of electrostatic precipitators. The electrostatic precipitators to be modernised are aimed at achieving dust concentration in dusty gas (parameters for dry gas, in contractual conditions for 6 % O2) below 30 mg/Nm3 for K-3 electrostatic precipitators and 35 mg/Nm3 for other electrostatic precipitators.In order to improve emissions on electrostatic precipitators, the Contracting Authority assumes that for electrostatic precipitators of units 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, work will be carried out in the following areas: - optimisation of the exhaust gas velocity profile in flue gas ducts and the electrostatic precipitator chamber - mass flow compensation, - modernisation of the power supply system, - modernisation of the funnel seal, - modernisation of the shredder system for bulk and leaf electrode.For the K-5 and 6 electrostatic precipitators, the subject of the order is the design and exchange of flue gas ducts between the rotary air heaters and the inlet diffusers of the electrostatic precipitator in order to achieve the appropriate speed profile.For the K-7 and 8 electrostatic precipitators, the subject of the order is the design and installation of control elements in the existing flue gas ducts between the rotary air heaters and the inlet diffusers of the electrostatic precipitator in order to obtain an appropriate speed profile.In order to improve the emission level on the electrostatic precipitator of unit 3, the Contracting Authority assumes replacement of electrostatic precipitators with new ones meeting the assumed emission parameters with the following assumptions: - scope of work from the outlet port of rotary air heaters to the outlet port of the confusor, - replacement of the casing with hoppers and internal equipment, - modernisation of the power supply system, - replacement of the ash collection and transport installation under the EF hopper to the ash dispatch station (use of ash pumps), - Use of the existing supporting structure.
