Description
The call for tenders concerns the construction and operation of electricity production facilities located in mainland France that use renewable energy sources within the meaning of Article L. 211-2 of the Energy Code, whose production is partially or totally self-consumed (according to the conditions defined in the specifications) within the meaning of Articles L. 315-1 or L. 315-2 of the Energy Code, and whose power is:- between 100 kW and 10 MW for individual and collective self-consumption projects within the same building;- between 100 kW and 3 MW for extended collective self-consumption projects within the meaning of Article L. Under the terms of Article L. 311-12, the successful applicants designated by the Minister in charge of energy benefit from a remuneration supplement contract, drawn up in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 311-13-2 to L. 311-13-4 of the Energy Code.
Eligible installations are:- ground-based photovoltaic installations;- photovoltaic installations on buildings, greenhouses and agricultural and fish farming sheds and shades (referred to as "photovoltaic installations on buildings" in the following);- wind power installations.The cumulative power demand is divided into application periods, spread over five years. The applicant whose bid is accepted undertakes to complete the installation before the deadline defined in the specifications.
