Germany - Electrical BOS radio system

Description

A BOS radio system is being set up on the premises of the Max Planck Institute for Chemical Ecology in Jena. The purpose is
to make it easier for the fire department to communicate in the building. For this purpose, a BOS radiator cable will be
corridors and usable areas in a meandering pattern. The system is divided into a main station and two substations.
The main station is located in the roof control center, as well as two substations.

When preparing your offer, please take into account any possible or recognizable impairments, e.g. with regard to the availability of materials and products, manpower, a possible delay in the provision of required evidence, effects on any subcontractors, etc.

Any questions arising in this context should be submitted in good time before the tender deadline via the eProcurement messaging system.

Execution must begin
within 12 working days of receipt of the request by the contracting authority (§5 Para. 2, Sentence 2 VOB/B); the request is expected to reach you by 31.08.2024.

The work is to be completed (ready for acceptance):
within 126 working days after the above-mentioned deadline for the start of execution.

This is calculated as 5 working days per week.
