Description
AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by November 21, 2024 at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Contractor must furnish all necessary tools, equipment, materials, travel, and labor to maintain, inspect, test, provide software updates and/or upgrades, repair, and service the vehicle security barriers in accordance with the Statement of Work attached herein located at Parliament Hill, 111 Wellington St, Ottawa. The period of any resulting Contract will be for a period of five (5) years. There are security requirements associated with this requirement. There is a mandatory site visit associated with this requirement. The site visit will be held on November 7th, 2024 at 10:00am EST. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than October 29th, 2024 at 14:00 EDT to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) and date of birth(s) of the person(s) who will attend.
