Description

AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by November 25, 2024 at 2pm EST. All bids submitted after 2pm EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Canada has a requirement to establish a National Master Standing Offer (NMSO) for the supply of Approved Screening Device for Alcohol, on an as and “when requested basis” for delivery locations across Canada. The period for issuing Call-ups against the Standing Offer is from award to December 31, 2027. If the Standing Offer is authorized for use beyond the initial period, the Offeror offers to extend its offer for an additional 2, one-year period(s), under the same conditions and at the rates or prices specified in the Standing Offer, or at the rates or prices calculated in accordance with the formula specified in the Standing Offer.
