Description

The Nouvelle Aquitaine academic region has decided to use the 'dynamic acquisition systems' (DAS) purchasing technique to meet its specific, one-off needs, in order to organize certain cohesion stays as part of the Universal National Service. Until 12/31/2027, companies that have submitted an application under this DAS and have been approved by the purchaser may be asked to submit a bid in a given category and for a defined need for services to organize Universal National Service cohesion stays in one of the 12 departments of the Nouvelle Aquitaine academic region. These consultations will lead to what regulations call "specific contracts".
