ACQUISITION OF A NEW-MODEL FIRE ENGINE-TANKER2024
The call for tenders document will be available from August 23, 2024 only on the ASEO website at www.seao.ca,letout, subject to the pricing established by this organization.
Sealed bids bearing the words "TENDER: ACQUISITION OF A NEW 2024 MODEL FIREFIGHTING VEHICLE" will be received in the basement of the municipal office of the Municipality of Ham-Nord, located at 285, 1 ère Avenue, Ham-Nord (Québec), G0P 1A0 from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 19, 2024. The address of the deposit will be that of the municipality of Ham-Nord at 285, 1 ère Avenue Ham-Nord, (Qc) G0P 1A0, rear entrance in the basement. Filing by mail must be addressed to 246, rue Principale Ham-Nord, (Qc) G0P 1A0.
All bids must be produced and submitted on the bid form provided for this purpose, and must comply with the conditions stipulated in this bid request and the accompanying notice.
Tenders will be opened in public on Thursday, September 19 at 7:01 p.m. in the office of the General Manager, and bidders and interested parties may attend the opening.
The Board of the Régie intermunicipale reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any bid submitted, and will incur no obligation, suit or claim for costs or losses incurred by bidders as a result of such decisions.
If the bidder encounters contradictions or omissions in these documents, or if it doubts the meaning of any part, it must IMMEDIATELY notify the Régie so that the latter may transmit the necessary written instructions to all bidders.
