Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Dumpster Services – Construction and Metal Debris, Cape Cod Canal, Buzzards Bay, MA.
THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation necessary to provide and service dumpsters for both construction debris and metal at the Cape Cod Canal. Services are to be provided in accordance with the scope of work and schedule. All labor, equipment and transportation shall conform to Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 562111 with a Small Business Size Standard of $47 Million.
ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
