Description
Due to the predicted growth in pupil numbers at the Davertschule Ottmarsbocholt elementary school, Clemens-Hagemann-Str. 23, 48308 Senden and the findings of the current school development plan, there is a need to replace the existing food counter in the basement of the building with a new canteen area. This is to be realized by converting the existing gymnastics hall. A feasibility study was carried out by the commissioned architectural firm bw architektur, which also examined component openings, functional processes and the outdoor facilities. Planning services (TGA) of service phases 1 - 9 are required for the implementation of the construction project. The contract will be awarded in stages.
