Description

Dublin City Council requires the services of a suitably qualified and experienced professional team to provide project management services during the planning and construction of leisure centre projects, with the initial contract being the projects at Irishtown and Kilmore respectively. This Single Party Framework Agreement will be established for a period of 4 years. The successful tenderer must ensure that their personnel have all the necessary expertise and experience to ensure the projects comes in on time and on budget, while also meeting Dublin City Council’s specific goals for each respective project.
