Description
The purpose of the tender is to have 01 supply contract for the acquisition of "AVELUMAB HCM 2024-2025 MEDICATION", which will allow the timely supply of the necessary products for the care of the Hospital's users for the years 2024 - 2025, in the circumstances that these products are not provided by the National Supply Center of the Health Services, nor are they available in the electronic catalogs of the Framework Agreement or in the Coordinated and/or Joint Purchases of the Ministry of Health, or their acquisition would be disadvantageous with respect to the result of this tender, nor are they available in the electronic catalogs of the Framework Agreement or in the Coordinated and/or Joint Purchases of the Ministry of Health, or their acquisition is disadvantageous with respect to the result of the present bidding, nor do they exist in the property of other State agencies or shared services that allow satisfying the requirement, whose more advantageous conditions will be reported in the corresponding opportunity to the Purchasing Department, in accordance with the provisions of Article 15 of D.
