This is part of its comprehensive driver licensing modernization effort. On-line knowledge testing will expand on current service delivery options, helping improve both customer convenience and service accessibility, particularly in rural and remote communities. The procurement will cover: Development of a new online knowledge testing service; Enhancement of current on-site knowledge delivered through British Columbia’s different driver licensing service providers: ICBC Driver Licensing Offices (DLOs), Service BC Offices (SBCs), and privately-owned Driver Licensing Agents (DLAs). The need for a white label solution, including vendor delivery of professional services covering deployment, implementation, system integration, change management and continuing technical and consulting. Prospective vendors can access the solicitation documents and submit proposals through ICBC's Bonfire portal.All communication from and to ICBC including questions, solicitation document amendments, responses to questions and other information will also be published on ICBC's Bonfire portal.
