Description

The subject matter of the order is:1. "Execution of mining and ancillary works associated with the excavation of gallery 566 in parcel A of deposit 215 at level II for the Polish Mining Group S.A. Branch KWK Piast-Ziemowit Ruch Ziemowit".2. Detailed description of the subject matter of the order (hereinafter SOPZ) is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.3. The term of the order is specified in the SOPZ.
1 The scope of the order includes:1) Underground excavation with extension of longwall arches of heading 566 within the range of max. ~ 50 m:2) Excavation of heading 566 within the range of max. ~ 2235 m:3) Reinforcement of intersections of excavations being excavated4) Installation of additional equipment or reinforcement of excavations (depending on demand)2. Scope of works carried out by the Contractor:a) execution of mining works in accordance with the technical assumptions specified in the Scope of the Subject of the Order and the relevant projects, technologies and documentation,b) provision and delivery to the site and installation of 1 roadheader together with the necessary electrical equipment,c) installation of rails for the equipment train,d) provision and delivery to the site and installation of near-field excavation haulage equipment (i.e. scraper conveyor with a length of ~10m and scraper conveyor with a length of. ~60m or a set of belt feeders), together with the necessary electrical equipment in accordance with the system documentation of the integrated control system of the face complex, approved for use in the workings of the Piast-Ziemowite mine) provision of lighting for the assembly chamber, lighting of the permanent face and lighting of the material station in accordance with the Polish standard, f) provision and delivery to the site and installation of separate ventilation equipment,g) provision and delivery to the site of electrical equipment to run the face complex, together with the necessary cables and wires to power the equipment, and a system for transporting electrical apparatus along the route of the overhead railh) transport of necessary materials and equipment by overhead rail from the established material stations located in the areas of main cross-cuts,i) power and machine operation of machinery and equipment owned by the Contractor as well as lent by the Employer to the Contractor, together with the performance of necessary inspections and inspections under the applicable regulations, projects and orders,j) installation of conveyor belts in accordance with applicable regulations, together with the performance of all necessary inspections to allow the drive to operate (without the involvement of the mine services),k) operation and maintenance of conveyors and belt haulage route of excavated material in good technical condition throughout the subordinate area, l) observation and maintenance and control of dewatering in the area of works carried out on holidays and non-working days carried out on all working shifts, assuming the employment of at least 1 employee per shift, m) dismantling after the completion of mining works, all machinery and equipment owned by the Contractor as well as lent by the Employer to the Contractor and their transport to the established material stations located in the areas of main cross-cuts.The detailed scope is specified in the SOPZ.
