Description
TK aims to conclude contracts with all suitable other service providers for the provision of dressings to its insureds in accordance with Section 31 (1), (1a) of the German Social Code, Book V (SGB V). The contract is concluded within the framework of the TK's open house procedure for bandages: individual negotiations on the content of the contract are not conducted; uniform terms and conditions apply. TK does not guarantee exclusivity to individual contractual partners. The contract period starts at the earliest on 01.12.2022.All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.
A contract may be concluded at any time during the term of the contract with all other service providers who meet the requirements set out in Annex 3 to the contract (self-declaration of reliability) and confirm this in writing or in electronic form in accordance with Section 126a of the German Civil Code (BGB).This announcement does not relate to the award of a public contract within the meaning of the Public Procurement Directive (2014/24/EC) or antitrust law. In the interest of providing the broadest possible information to other service providers, this notice is published in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union. The procedural designation "Open Procedure" used in the text of this notice in accordance with Section IV.1.1) and the specification of the award criteria in accordance with Section II.2.5) are owed to the specifications of the notice form and have no further meaning. Neither this nor the use of the "TED" medium is in any way connected with submission to procurement law regulations, the application of which is not mandatory by law or procurement regulations.
