BIG direkt gesund pursues the goal of concluding contracts with all suitable service providers for the supply of dressing materials for the purpose of conventional and modern wound care within the meaning of § 31 Para. 1 S. 1, Para. 1a SGB V in conjunction with § 7 No. 1 and § 27 Para. 5 of the GBA's Medicines Guideline. The conclusion of the contract is not subject to public procurement law; it takes place within the framework of an open house procedure of the health insurance fund:Individual negotiations on the content of the contract are not conducted; uniform conditions apply. BIG direkt gesund does not guarantee exclusivity to individual contractual partners. The term of the contract is unlimited; a contract can be concluded at any time. The contract contains provisions on ordinary termination for both contracting parties.All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.
The subject of this publication is the conclusion of contracts for the supply of dressings and other products for wound treatment within the meaning of Section 31 (1) sentence 1, (1a) of the German Social Code (SGB V) in conjunction with Section 7 No. 1 and Section 27 (5) of the German Federal Joint Committee's Guideline on Medicinal Products (GBA) as part of a so-called open house procedure. All suitable and interested service providers are offered the conclusion of this contract under the specification of uniform contract conditions as well as a uniform access procedure. The contract term is unlimited, a conclusion of the contract is possible at any time. The contract contains provisions on ordinary termination for both contracting parties.All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.This announcement does not relate to the award of a public contract within the meaning of the Public Procurement Directive (2014/24/EC) or antitrust procurement law. In the interest of providing the broadest possible information to interested service providers, this notice is published in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union. The designation of the procedure "Open Procedure" used in the text of this notice in accordance with Section IV.1.1), the specification of the award criteria in accordance with Section II.2.5) and the specification of the term of the contract in accordance with Section II.2.7) are owed to the specifications of the notice form and have no further significance. This and the use of the medium "TED" do not imply any submission to procurement law regulations, the application of which is not mandatory by law or procurement regulations.
