Drainage, road construction, angular retaining wall, water supply, electricity supply; This is a joint project between the municipality of Hüttenberg (trades 1-3), the drinking water supplier ZMW (trade 4) and the electricity supplier EAM (trade 5). The tender is divided into the individual trades and will be awarded to the lowest bidder overall; in addition, work is required on the telecommunication lines of Deutsche Telekom and Deutsche Glasfaser. This work is not part of the tender. For the execution of this work by the respective supplier, a construction window must be set up after the road superstructure has been cleared, possibly also in sections; The work put out to tender involves the fundamental renewal of the roads "Am Weidenborn", "Weingartenstraße" and "Borngasse". In addition, the sewer and water pipes in parts of "Schützenstraße" will be renewed; In the area of Borngasse\/Schützenstraße, a retaining wall including foundation base is to be built along the property boundary. Existing masonry walls in the area of the working areas must be secured in accordance with static, structural and safety requirements. The masonry walls must be secured from the street side. Securing and access from private property is not possible; the work is to be carried out in several construction phases in order to minimize obstructions and maintain local traffic; the existing paving is to be removed and disposed of. The existing substructure is to be removed and also disposed of. The sewer, water and power line work must then be carried out. The soil removal is to be carried out for the road construction over the entire width up to 55 cm below the top of the carriageway (billing according to trade 2). The same applies to soil improvement over the entire area. The billing limit for the earthworks (sewer, water, electricity, road) is the road level; only the road surface in the expansion area is conditionally available for the construction site equipment. Due to limited space in the expansion area, the bidder is advised to inspect the measure.
