Description

Currently an incumbent 3rd party service vendor is providing infrastructure hosting and support services for the DPC Website and business applications on their virtual hosting environment in their datacentre. As part of that infrastructure hosting and support contract they are providing the following services: •             Compute Services •             Storage Services •             Backup Services •             Monitoring  Services •             Anti Virus Services •             Firewalls Services •             Internet Services •             Web Application FIrewalls •             Load Balancing Services  •             Network Management •             Intrusion Detection •             DDoS Protection •             DataCentre connection from the DPC over and VPN link •             Disaster Recovery Services The current contract is up for renewal and the purpose of this RfT is to procure a 3rd party service provider to provide the same infrastructure hosting and support services including all the services outlined above.
