Description
The service to be contracted is intended to provide a web platform for document management for the institutional use of the municipality, in order to manage the preparation, registration, numbering and distribution of all internal and external documentation generated by the different municipal units, complying with the requirements of the digital transformation of Law No. 21,180, on Digital Transformation of the State and its related regulations. Also, with the objective of increasing efficiency in management by improving flows, generating time savings, information security, information backup, change control, efficient and effective searches, persistence over time, among other benefits provided by digitization.
