? DLR requires services that are specially tailored to DLR. Standard "managed services" on the market are not suitable here.
? DLR's infrastructure environments are generally operated on-premise, i.e. on DLR premises\/data centers. This does not mean that the personnel deployed to provide the service must necessarily be on site.
? The administration of systems is generally carried out via special workstations provided by DLR.
? The use of the DLR ITSM tool Omnitracker is mandatory for service provision.
