SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

With this call for tenders, the CNESST wishes to engage a service provider specializing in digital transformation and multidisciplinary project management.

EXPECTED CONTRACT DURATION

The contract will start on or around October 14, 2024 and end on or around October 13, 2027.

WORK LOCATION

All work can be carried out entirely from home in Canada (remotely, away from CNESST premises).

Meetings and workshops will be conducted using the Microsoft Teams platform.

In the event that certain activities are required in person, the main work location will be 1199 rue Bleury in Montreal or 1600 avenue d'Estimauville in Quebec City (whichever is closer to the resource's home).

The CNESST obliges the service provider to speak exclusively to this person and to no other person in connection with this call for tenders, unless otherwise specified by the CNESST. Failure to do so may result in the elimination of the service provider.

TRANSMISSION OF BIDS BY ELECTRONIC MEANS

Bids may be submitted electronically, but only via the Electronic Tendering System (ETS).

OTHER INFORMATION

CNESST does not undertake to accept any of the bids received.

The CNESST representative reserves the right not to consider any request for clarification made by the service provider and sent less than three working days before the date and time set for the receipt of bids.

Tender documents and any addenda amending them may only be obtained via the electronic tendering system.
