Description

The subject matter of the contract shall be periodical supplies of "Diesel and Heating Oil", 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is attached as Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference (ToR) and a draft agreement constituting Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference (ToR).
The subject matter of the contract are periodically recurring supplies titled "Diesel and Heating Oil", 2. Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract: The subject matter of the order under these proceedings consists of two tasks:1. Supply of: diesel fuel oil "standard" and diesel fuel oil "with improved low-temperature properties" meeting the requirements: Act of August 25, 2006 on the system of monitoring and controlling the quality of fuels (i.e.: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1315), Regulation of the Minister of Economy on quality requirements for liquid fuels of October 9, 2015. (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680) and the relevant applicable Polish or European standards - EN 590 standard, together with the service of transporting the aforementioned fuel to the Ordering Party's tanks, i.e.:- Above-ground container tank located on the property at 1 Krótka Street in Opoczno,- Above-ground, double-walled polyethylene tank located on the premises of the Waste Disposal Plant Różanna 98 ZUO, Opoczno municipality.1.1.Delivery of diesel fuel to the Ordering Party's tanks will be carried out as follows, i.e.;1) Container tank with a capacity of approximately 16 m3 located on the property at 1 Krótka Street in Opoczno.a) The estimated quantity of ordered diesel fuel on a monthly basis is: 17 m3, realized in deliveries every about 2 weeks in the amount of about 8.5 m3 each. The projected quantity of the subject of the order for the duration of the contract is: 204 m3.b) The ordering party indicates that during the winter period, in case the temperature drops below minus 15 oC. The Contractor is obliged to provide, diesel fuel with improved low-temperature properties (meeting the requirements of: Regulation of the Minister of Economy on quality requirements for liquid fuels of October 9, 2015. (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680) - of which the Ordering Party will inform the Contractor in the notification of the demand for this grade of fuel. The estimated amount of ordered diesel fuel with enhanced low-temperature properties during the term of the contract is approx: 16 m3, and is included in the projected total quantity of the subject of the contract - diesel fuel, referred to above in item. 1.1 item 1) letter "a".2) Above-ground, double-walled polyethylene tank with a capacity of about 5 m3 located at the Waste Disposal Plant, Różanna 98 ZUO, Opoczno municipality.a) The estimated quantity of ordered diesel fuel on a monthly basis is: 6 m3, realized in deliveries every about 2 weeks in the amount of about 3 m3 each. The projected quantity of the subject of the order for the duration of the contract is: 72 m3.1.2 The Purchaser reserves, the possibility of placing an order for the delivery of fuel to each tank of the Purchaser separately. 1.3 The projected total quantity of the subject of the contract (diesel fuel) to the above-mentioned points is: 276m3, including 16m3 of diesel fuel with improved low-temperature properties.2. Supply of: light fuel oil, meeting the requirements of: Act of 25-08-2006 on the system of monitoring and controlling the quality of fuels (i.e.: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1315) , Decree of the Minister of Energy on methods of testing the quality of light fuel oil, heavy fuel oil and oil for inland waterway vessel engines of May 21, 2015. (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 584). The subject of the order also consists of the service of transporting the above-mentioned fuel to the Ordering Party's boiler room - 1 Krótka Street, 26-300 Opoczno. The estimated amount of ordered fuel oil on the scale of the heating period (from September to May) is: 22 m3, realized according to the needs of the Ordering Party.
