Description

The subject of the order shall be a successive supply of diesel fuel in the amount of 250 m3 with the place of delivery: Długoszyn 80, 69-200 Sulęcin.
1 The subject matter of the order shall include the successive supply of diesel fuel in the amount of 250 m3 with the place of delivery: Długoszyn 80, 69-200 Sulęcin.2 The monthly supply will be from 15 000 to 35 000 liters.3 The one-time supply will be 5 000 liters.4 The order shall include the successive supply of diesel fuel in the amount of 250 m3 with the place of delivery: Długoszyn 80, 69-200 Sulęcin.In accordance with the PN-EN 590 standard in force, the fuel should in the winter period (from November 16 to the end of February) have a filter locking temperature of maximum minus 20ºC, in the transitional period (from March 1 to April 15 and from October 1 to November 15) have a filter locking temperature of maximum minus 10ºC, and in the summer period (from April 16 to September 30) have a filter locking temperature of maximum 0ºC.5. The Contractor guarantees high quality of the diesel fuel sold, meeting the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 9, 2015. ( Journal of Laws of 2020, item 727, as amended) on the quality requirements for liquid fuels.6. Along with each delivery, a quality certificate of the delivered batch of fuel should be provided.7. The Ordering Party has determined the estimated quantity of the subject of the public procurement procedure. This quantity may be subject to change ± 20% in relation to the quantity indicated in item 1, depending on the actual needs of the Ordering Party.8. The Contractor will not have the right to claim against the Ordering Party for ordering diesel fuel in a quantity less than specified in item 1.9. The deadline for completion of a partial order is 1 working day.10. The ordered fuel will be used by the Ordering Party exclusively for its own purposes.
