This procedure has as its object the establishment of a Dynamic Acquisition System for the procurement of diagnostic supplies falling under the PanFlu plan in favor of the Entities of the Regional Health Service referred to in Article 1 of Regional Law no. 30 of 27/12/2006 and ss.mm.ii. of the ASPs, public law entities, referred to in Regional Law no. 1/2003 of the Lombardy Region
