The aim of the project is to develop a legally compliant, economically viable and resilient model for determining the security requirements for the shared use fees as well as for the payment of the security deposit.
The project is divided into the following work packages:
1. development of a legally compliant and robust model for determining the security requirement for the shared use fees (section 22 (4) VerpackG)
2. development and evaluation of possible models for the payment of the security deposit
3. legal review
4. explanation and coordination of the models with the Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Transport of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia and the municipal umbrella organizations

A contractor is being sought to develop the models.
