Garden courtyards construction area, 3rd construction phase, lots 1 and 2

The city of Lahr would like to redesign the "Im Eichert" neighborhood, which was built in the 1960s and is located in the northern part of the city of Lahr, adjacent to Flugplatzstrasse, which continues in the direction of Hugsweier. As the residents are to remain in the neighborhood, it is planned to implement the construction work in several stages. Access to the Gartenhöfe quarter is mainly via the existing Flugplatzstraße, which runs north-south. In a previous construction project, the new development area was developed from Flugplatzstraße. The current tender includes the following objects for the reconstruction/new construction of the 3rd construction phase in the southern Flugplatzstraße (east-west) and the street "Neue Scholle" (north-south) as well as sewer construction. (north-south) and sewer construction work in Flugplatzstraße (north-south). The scope of services includes traffic facilities, earthworks, SW drainage, RW drainage, drinking water pipes (earthworks only), electricity, empty conduits and street lighting (lot 2).

Loosening soil: 1490 m3 , frost protection layer 0/45: 860 m3, concrete kerbs, low, round, high: 800m, concrete paving: 600 m2, asphalt base course: 1,600 m2, asphalt surface course: 1.600 m2, trench excavation RW + SW: 1,800 m3, RW sewer PVC-U DN/OD 500: 380 m, SW sewer PVS_u DN/OD 250: 400 m, manholes DN 1000: 20 pcs, earthworks water pipe: 600 m3, earthworks electricity, lighting: 80 m3

Lot 2:
Lighting poles: 11 units, luminaire bodies SL 11 mini: 11 units
