Introduction: As part of the Incuboost project funded by the European Union and jointly implemented by PPI/LeCeentre, UNIDO and UNCDF, which aims to strengthen the incubation ecosystem in Madagascar, UNCDF is launching this call for proposals to provide young incubated entrepreneurs with a digital application facilitating accounting operations and enabling the use of the information collected for various services to access financing and improve management (invoicing, taxation, annual reporting...) for young Malagasy entrepreneurs. Interested suppliers should submit their bids directly into the system as indicated in the tender document, following the instructions in the available user guide.
