Development of a municipal heating plan for the town of Plau am See and its districts; Scope of services:; The town of Plau am See intends to award a public tender for the development of a municipal heating plan as the basis of a strategy for the long-term CO2-neutral heat supply of the town of Plau am See, including the associated districts, by 2025; The municipal heating plan shows the current status of the heat supply as well as various perspectives for heat supply from renewable energy sources, waste heat and CHP. A climate-neutral target scenario for the year 2045 is to be developed based on an; interim status for the year 2030; The plan is essentially divided into 5 phases: - analysis of the current situation; - analysis of potential; - development of a climate-neutral target scenario and development paths up to the year 2025; - definition of the municipal heat transition strategy and the catalog of measures; - continuation strategy including organizational structures and responsibilities\/responsibilities as well as; controlling concept; Parallel to the above-mentioned work phases, the following services are to be provided.
