Description
The scope of work for this project involves engaging with stakeholders, including government officials, private sector actors, civil society organisations, and community members to:
- understand their needs, aspirations, and priorities for the development of the specified area
- ascertain information on any proposed development plans or projects slated for implementation in the general area that may have an impact on the proposed master plan
The scope of work for this project includes:
- assessing the current state of Font Hill’s physical, social, economic, and environmental conditions, including identifying the area's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats
- identifying and analysing key issues and challenges that need to be addressed in the master plan for development
- applying global best practices addressing issues of sustainability, climate change adaptation and mitigation, mobility and natural resources management
- developing a vision and strategic framework for the master plan, including vision, goals, objectives, and targets for the specified area's development
- preparing the master plan and development guidelines
- identifying and prioritising specific interventions and projects that need to be implemented to achieve the master plan's objectives
- developing an implementation plan, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements for the identified
