Development and implementation of marketing communication measures (360 degree/cross-media campaigns) for DB Regio AG, S-Bahn Rhein-Main in and with the Rhein-Main-Verkehrsverbund [RMV].
Description: Our focus is on the highly creative, yet effective and efficient conception and implementation of classic and digital communication measures, which primarily take place within the RMV brand identity or in the joint appearance of RMV and S-Bahn Rhein-Main.
The contractor must be able to optimally fulfill the disciplines of strategic consulting, conception, creation, adaptation, implementation and management of all service providers, suggestions for the selection of additional specialists, knowledge and processing of the usual market economic environments and target groups, advice on the efficient use of advertising media, use of communication channels, observation of competitors, etc. and to communicate in a way that is appropriate for the target group. Qualities such as innovation, target group-oriented identification of messages, adherence to deadlines, flexibility, cost awareness and stringent project management in a complex environment are expected. The contractor must ensure local and market expertise in the development of the concept and in the implementation of the measures. The contractor must be able to prepare and implement campaigns at short notice. Smooth and efficient cooperation with DB and RMV internal and external partners is a prerequisite.
