Description
Detailed content of the object:
Dredging along about 12 km of the Charente River with extraction of 500,000 m3 of river sediments that will be settled in lagoons in order to be used on agricultural land.
The work relating to sediment management concerns the construction of settling basins that will receive the dredged sediments from the Charente.
The basins will be surrounded by merlons. There will be no external supply of materials: backfill / excavated material will be sufficient for earthworks operations.
The firm tranche will be completed in August, September and October 2019.
The optional tranche will be completed in August, September and October 2020.
The firm portion consists of the construction of 3 basins:
- basin 1 will have a surface area of 29,400 m2 and a volume of 81,500 m3
- basin 2 will have a surface area of 28,500 m2 and a volume of 76,000 m3
- the clarifier basin will have a surface area of 18,900 m2 and a volume of 42,000 m3.
