Description
Deutsche Rentenversicherung Hessen has its headquarters in Frankfurt am Main, Städelstrasse 28, where approximately 700 employees are expected to work. The current buildings with a gross floor area of around 15,300 sqm (net floor area approx. 13,000 sqm) are in great need of refurbishment and are also to receive an extension with a gross floor area of around 7,400 sqm (net floor area approx. 6,000 sqm) including canteen and technical facilities. The existing building to be renovated and the extension form a functional unit.
Construction work is scheduled to begin in 2026. A feasibility study is available.
