Bids shall be submitted online on the e-Procurement System byTuesday 30 July 2024 up to 13.30 hours (Mauritian time) at latest. Bidders submitting bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids on Tuesday 30 July 2024 as from 14.31 hours till Thursday 01 August 2024 up to 14.00 hours (Mauritian time). Bids will be opened online on the e-Procurement System on Thursday 01 August 2024 as from 14.01 hours up to 18.00 hours at the following address:.
