Reference Number on the system is CEB/IFB/2024/8194. A pre-bid meeting followed by a site visit will take place on Wednesday 28 August 2024 at 10.00 hours at the CEB Office, 3rd Floor, New Building, Royal Road, Curepipe, Republic of Mauritius as mentioned in the bidding document. Bids shall be submitted online on the e-Procurement System by Wednesday 25 September 202 4up to 13.30 hours (Mauritian Time) at latest. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids on Wednesday 25 September 2024 as from 14.31 hours (Mauritian Time) till Friday 27 September 2024 up to 14.00 hours(Mauritian Time). Bidders shall submit an Original Bid Security amounting to MUR 20M at the address mentioned below on or before the deadline for submission of the bids. The Bid Security shall be valid up to 22 April 2025.
