CALL FOR TENDERS No: SMP-2024-200

DESIGN-BUILD CONSTRUCTION OF A SPORTS AND COMMUNITY CENTER

Tenders will be received by the Treasurer and Director of Material Resources at Town Hall, 90 Roosevelt Avenue, Mount Royal, Quebec, until 11 a.m. on TUESDAY, DECEMBER 3, 2024.

The Town of Mount Royal has previously issued a call for qualifications in order to select teams of proposers for a call for tenders for plans, specifications and work on a design-build sports and community center.

Only those bidders designated as "qualified" by the Town of Mount Royal Board following the SMP-2024-100 call for qualifications process may submit a bid in response to the present call for tenders.

To be considered, all bids must be submitted on the forms specially prepared for this purpose. Each bid must be placed in a sealed envelope bearing the identification provided in the appendix to the tender document.

CALL FOR QUALIFICATIONS

This call for tenders establishes the City's procedure for selecting a successful bidder for the construction of a sports and community center. Upon receipt of the notice of call for tenders SMP-2024-200 following the call for qualifications SMP-2024-100, qualified bidders must, without further notice or formality, comply with the terms and conditions of this call for tenders.

As of Thursday, October 24, 2024, persons and companies qualified or interested in this contract may obtain the tender documents from the Service électronique d'appels d'offres (SEAO) by consulting the website www.seao.ca or by contacting one of its representatives by telephone at 1 866 669-7326 or 514 856-6600. Documents may be obtained at the cost established by SEAO.

Tenders received will be publicly opened at the Town Hall of the Town of Mount Royal immediately following the expiry of the deadline for their receipt.

The Town of Mount Royal does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received and assumes no obligation whatsoever towards the bidder(s).
