DESIGN AND SUPPLY OF INDOOR WATER PLAY EQUIPMENT FOR THE AQUATIC COMPLEX

CALL FOR TENDERS No. 202406-098

The City of Sorel-Tracy is requesting bids for the design and supply of indoor aquatic playground equipment for the Sorel-Tracy aquatic complex located at 3030 Place des Loisirs.

Tender forms can only be obtained through the electronic tendering system (SEAO) at www.seao.ca or at 1-866-669-7326. Documents are subject to this organization's fees.

Tenders will be received until 2:00 p.m. on July 18, 2024 at the Town Hall located at 71, rue Charlotte in Sorel-Tracy or transmitted electronically through the electronic tendering system (SEAO) to be publicly opened on the same day and at the same time. All bids received after this date will be rejected.

Each bid must be accompanied by a certified cheque, drawn on an account registered with a Quebec banking institution and payable to the City of Sorel-Tracy, for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid, taxes included. A bid bond of the same value issued by an insurance company authorized by the Autorité des marchés financiers will also be accepted.

Tenderers are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both in terms of their solvency and the content of their tender, and must inform them of the conditions they intend to impose on them and ensure that they hold the required permits and licenses.

This contract is subject to the following agreements: ALEC and CETA.

The City of Sorel-Tracy does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received and assumes no obligation or expense of any nature whatsoever towards the bidder(s). Furthermore, it reserves the right to award the contract in whole or in part only.
