Additional Requirements: Area for Secure Fenced parking to meet GOV space needs. Exterior area large enough for both a 15-foot x 18-foot & 9-foot x 15-foot storage sheds on the Premises. Install conduit and all other required base-building electrical infrastructure necessary to support electric service to USDA’s EVSE Charging Station(s) at a location approved by the USDA.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the1-percent-annual chance (formally 100-year) year flood plain.
Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).).
