Germany - Demolition work, preparation for construction and clearing of buildings

Description

As part of the reconstruction of the sludge treatment and digester gas utilisation, demolition and dismantling work on the site of the sewage treatment plant will be necessary for the reconstruction of the sludge treatment and gas utilisation. The services concern the following plants:- digester 1 and 2 including digester cellar- sludge silos- operating buildings- gas tanks- pre-thickener pipesThe detailed scope of work can be found in the scope of services and in the other tender documents.at the same time, the construction of the machine building, the gas tank foundation including the pre-shaft will be carried out on site. On site, conversion work is being carried out on the digestion tanks and sludge silos. These are the following services carried out on site, some of which are listed at the same time and are not the subject of this invitation to tender:Civil engineering and pipeline workPipe and finishing workFacade construction workConcrete maintenance workLandscape construction workMachinery and electrical engineering workThe site plans attached as an annex show the location of the structures and pipelines on the building site. Before carrying out the work for the buildings and pipelines, the contractor must inform himself about the course of existing cables and lines.
