Description

I. The scope of the investment project includes the following industry works: 1) Road sector2) Bridge industry3) Sanitary industry4) Power industry5) Telecommunications industryII. The Contracting Authority envisages the award of the contract pursuant to Article 67 paragraph 1 point 6 of the Public Procurement Law to the amount not greater than PLN 3,000,000 net. The contract may be awarded on the basis of a route covered by the scope of the basic contract. The scope of the contract includes: archaeological supervision and ornithologist's specialist, measurement works, removal of fertile soil layer, demolition of road elements, execution of excavations and embankments, soil exchange, execution of embankments reinforcement, execution of trough with profiling, execution of frost protection and cut-off layers, cleaning and liquefying of structural layers, construction of foundations, execution of binding layers, execution of road surface, execution of pavement surface, construction of exits, construction of street elements, strengthening of escarpments, ditches and water courses, milling of surfaces, execution of roadsides, execution of surfaces at railway crossings, execution of horizontal and vertical markings and BRD equipment, construction of culverts, maintenance works and fortifications in river beds, works related to reconstruction and protection of gas network, works related to reconstruction and protection of water and sewage networks, works related to construction of rainwater drainage system - covered ditch, lighting works, works related to reconstruction and protection of electrical power equipment, works related to reconstruction and protection of telecommunication equipment, works related to demolition of buildings, cutting down trees, shrubs and logs, planting trees and shrubs.2The Awarding Entity shall award the contract for the above if there are technical reasons of an objective nature.3 Conditions under which they shall be awarded: a) Negotiations shall be conducted on which the parties shall determine the detailed scope of the contract, the date of contract performance and the amount of remuneration; b) The Economic Operator of the basic contract shall perform them in the same standard as for the basic contract.II. Pursuant to Article 30(4) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority shall accept solutions equivalent to those described herein. A Economic Operator who invokes equivalent solutions described by the Contracting Authority is obliged to prove that the works offered meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority (Article 30, paragraph 5 of the PPL Act).III. In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.4.2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ L 381, 23.12.2016, p. 1).EU Official Journal L 119, 4.5.2016, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as "RODO", I would like to inform you that: - the administrator of your personal data is the Director of ZDW in Lublin, ul. The detailed scope of works is included in the construction and executive designs, Detailed Technical Specifications and in the scope of works constituting an auxiliary part of the determination of the quantity of works.
