Delivery of five (5) industrial printers (label printers) for printing pallet accompanying documents as well as delivery and installation of one (1) label printer (thermal transfer printer) incl. ribbon optimization and cutter.
Scope of service: Please refer to the service description for details. The bidder offers a service for repairs, maintenance, etc. The initial personal contact for service calls must be made within 24 hours and spare parts must be provided within a maximum of 72 hours. The costs for the services and spare parts are not part of the offer. They are remunerated separately according to expenditure\/requirement, unless they are covered by guarantee or warranty.
