The Ministry of Information Technology, Communication and Innovationinvites bids from eligible Bidders for Delivery, Installation, Configuration and Commissioning of an E-Recruitment Solution. 2. Bidding will be conducted using the International Open Bidding. However, foreign firms can only bid through a Joint Venture with a Mauritian Firm. In case the lead partner is a foreign firm, its local partner should also be able to attend to queries and resolve issues. 3. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the eProcurement System http:\\eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system MITCI/IFB2024/385 and inspect the bidding documents. A pre-bid meeting which potential bidders may attend will be held on 03 December 2024 at 14.00 hours. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System as per time set on the Key Activity Schedule.(Local Time). 5. The attention of prospective Bidders is drawn to (i) the fact that they will be required to certify in their bids that all software is either covered by a valid license or was produced by the Bidder and (ii) that violations are considered fraud, which can result in ineligibility to be awarded public contracts 7. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids as per time set on the Key Activity Schedule
