Description
Implementation of debt counseling services in accordance with §§ 11 Para. 4 Sentences 2 to 4 SGB XII and 16a No. 2 SGB II for the target groups named in the tender documents.
Debt counseling serves to overcome the debt situation with the aim of promoting social and economic integration. It should also help to enable the debtor to help themselves in order to prevent renewed over-indebtedness.
